Gypsy Choppers, Inc. and Gypsy Customs is an Iowa Manufacturer building custom motorcycles and components. Established in 1999, we spent our first 2 years of existence focusing on R&D, developing a precision motorcycle frame fixture that would allow us the flexibility to produce motorcycle frames for a multitude of manufacturers including Harley Davidsons, Hondas, Triumphs, Yamahas, and more. Today we specialize in one-off custom Rigid and Non-rigid motorcycle frames that are built tough as nails. We design each frame to exact tolerances to ensure the safest most comfortable ride possible. All of our mounting brackets are CNC machined from 1/2" cold rolled plate steel. 

Our motorcycle frames have been shipped all over the World and we are proud to proclaim our 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our hand-crafted products. Every Gypsy Custom Frame is 100% TIG welded and constructed of heavy wall chromoly tubing (similar to the tubing used for drag car roll cages). We don't mess around when it comes to building parts.
